Returning an Item

Taylor's Toys want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy you may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items or a refund. 

For hygiene please do not open items that you wish to send back as we regret that we cannot exchange fault-free items once the packaging has been opened. 

No exchanges can be given until the goods are returned. we advise you to send any good using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel in transit. 

If you wish to have a refund, you will need to return all and any additional special offer items or pay the current price for the outstanding item. 

Defective Items and Warranty

If you believe a product is defective, please contact us so we can assist you. 

We offer a full years warranty on our products. Please contact us with the details of your purchase including Date, Order Number and Item description. 

Goods can be exchanged or refunded up to 30 days of any defect. After 30 days an exchange will only be available.

All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working or in an unacceptable condition. The return cost for Royal Mail Tracked Delivery will apply.
