Same-Day Dispatch:  All in-stock items are dispatched the same day when you order before 1pm (Monday to Friday).

Out of Stock Items: If an item is unavailable, we'll notify you by email as soon as possible. If you're happy to wait, we usually expect stock to arrive within 12 days.  

Overnight Delivery & Out-of-stock Items: if you choose a next day service for an out-of-stock item, your order will be held until all items are available before dispatch. 

Missed a Delivery?

If you are not home when your order arrives, Royal Mail will hold your parcel at your local delivery office for 7 days for collection or alternative attempt to redeliver. If the parcel is not collected within this time, it will be returned to us. AdditIonal Postage fees will apply if you would like us to resend your order.
