All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with no indication as to what products are inside. All orders are sent out with either Royal Mail or DPD. If you opt for a premium delivery service, We will email you your tracking number when the order is dispatched.

International Shipping

Sadly, we currently do not offer international shipping. 

Stock & Ordering

Goods that are in stock are dispatched the same day if you order before 2pm. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock, We will email you to notify you as soon as possible. If you wish to continue with your order and are willing to wait then we usually expect your goods to be with you in around 12 days. If you select an item which is out of stock and choose overnight shipping as your method of delivery, we will not dispatch your order until all the goods are in stock. 

If you are not in when your parcel arrives, Royal Mail will keep your package at a local depot for 7 days so that you can collect. After 7 Days the parcel is then returned to us. Extra Postal charges apply to goods you wish for us to send back out to you. 

If any questions should arise regarding your order. We will try to contact you by email and if that fails, we will try to contact you by phone if a number was provided.
